Locally Led’s Organizer Care & Refuge Gatherings.

Locally Led’s Organizer Care/Refuge Gatherings are truly at the core of everything we’re building and deeply entrenched in the spirit of our mission.

These gatherings are intentionally curated so that folks doing really meaningful work, advocacy, and organizing— in very different contexts all around the world— can get to know each other, learn from each other, and foster a safe space to process, vent, and carry all of the emotional and relational weight that goes into our lives as organizers, activists, leaders of organizations, not to mention members of deeply beautiful but very complex communities, families, and teams. We also learn from one another’s real lived experiences how to better care for ourselves, our communities, and our teams. 

Each month, a new member leads…which means each month our members show up they’ll collectively learn more about their fellow members and themselves. We believe that this simple practice of showing up as you are, as consistently as you can, brings an enrichment, growth, and sense of healing that translates into our work, causes, relationships, and communities we all pour into. 

Radical intentionality, cultivates a shared radical love, leads to radical change personally, collectively, and transnationally.

Locally Led’s Organizer Care & Refuge Gatherings for our members,  ‘Community-Informed Care’ Toolkits For Organizers and Mutual Aid Networks, and our ‘Guided Power Ceding Consultations’  are truly living embodiments of our mission and the core of our strength and collective knowledge. We provide these co-created offereings in locations throughout the world where our members live, organize, serve, and advocate.
